Tate McRae offers up sultry new single ‘Sports Car’
Tickets for her huge 2025 Miss Possessive tour are on sale now.

Tate McRae is back with ‘Sports Car’, the takes-no-prisoners latest taste of her forthcoming third studio album, ‘So Close To What’ (due out on 21st February via RCA Records).
Written and produced with the help of seasoned pop pros Ryan Tedder (Taylor Swift, Beyoncé), Grant Boutin (Meghan Trainor, One Republic) and Julia Michaels (Selena Gomez, Dua Lipa), Tate’s newest track is a pulsing, confident number that nods to early ’00s faves like Pussycat Dolls with its air of sultry self-possession.
The single’s release follows on from recent cuts ‘2 hands’ and ‘It’s ok I’m ok’, and lands ahead of the star’s huge upcoming world tour; check out where you can catch Tate live this year under the player.
