Tegan and Sara head into dream-world for their ‘Hang On To The Night’ video

Tegan and Sara’s video for new album synth-ballad ‘Hang On To The Night’ sees them teaming up for a bit of a curveball collaboration; with the creator of BoJack Horseman.

Featuring a giant purple horse with a slightly unsettling ability to walk upright like a human, mischievous cats, tiny trotting steeds, and whirring helicopters all wander into the dream-like picture along the way.

“The song was a response to a number of sudden deaths in our family and my anxiety about mortality,” Sara Quin told NYLON. “If you can manage to hang on, you can face another day.”
