Tegan and Sara pile on the innuendo in their ‘Stop Desire’ video

Tegan and Sara have an ace new video for their top-rate pop banger ‘Stop Desire,’ and it boasts more innuendo than an average ‘Carry On..’ film.

The twins roam (admirably straight-faced) through a neighbourhood with sexual suggestion at every turn; we’re talking envelope-licking, suggestively-held figs, phallic symbols everywhere, and a sign in a laundrette reading ‘drop your load n’ go’.

There’s a completely innocent cat in the video as well, because, why not?

‘Stop Desire’ appears on Tegan and Sara’s latest album ‘Love You To Death’. “Director Allister Ann created a colorful world for us where we go throughout our day straight-faced while encountering characters finding sensuality in every day things,” say the twins of the video.
