Canadians TOPS have unveiled a standalone single, ‘Hollow Sounds of the Morning Climes’.
Following last year’s ‘Picture You Staring’ album, the new song links up with ‘Anything’, which was also dropped as a one-off earlier this year.
Streaming below, ‘Hollow Sounds of the Morning Climes’ is a serene, smooth-as-it-gets cut. A Twin Peaks-style lounge bar vibe circuits throughout, and it’s a far cry from the tightly-wound, instant fix mentality of last year’s full-length.
