Villagers announce new European tour

The dates include UK headline gigs this April.

Having revealed they’d be releasing new album, ‘Darling Arithmetic’ in April at the beginning of the month, Conor O’Brien’s Villagers are to head out in support of the record this spring.

They’ve announced details of a European tour, beginning in 11th April in Rotterdam, and continuing through until 25th May at Belfast’s Mandela Hall.

Tickets will be on pre-sale from 9am on Wednesday 11th February, and general sale on Friday 13th February.

‘Darling Arithmetic’ is released on 13th April via Domino. It is the follow-up to 2013’s ‘Awayland’, which along with predecessor, debut ‘Becoming A Jackal’, was nominated for the Mercury Prize.

The first track to be unveiled from the record is ‘Courage’, the video for which can be watched below.
