Warpaint release new single, ‘No Way Out’/‘I’ll Start Believing’
New release is out now on Rough Trade.
Warpaint have unveiled a surprise new single, ‘No Way Out’ and ‘I’ll Start Believing’.
Following their 2014 self-titled LP, this new release (out now on Rough Trade and available to stream below), features the previously unveiled ‘No Way Out (Redux)’ edit.
The first half is a disjointed, sleepy-eyed supply of concrete guitar work, while ‘I’ll Start Believing’ carries wordless chants through the LA group’s customary, hard-hitting routine.
Ahead of its release, the new single was previewed with an Instagram clip of Jenny Lee Lindberg’s sister Shannon Sossamon (former drummer of Warpaint), dancing to the tracks.
