Watch: Arctic Monkeys Air ‘Why’d You Only Call Me When You’re High?’
Alex Turner has one (several) too many in a stumbling new ‘AM’ preview.

In less than traditional circumstances, Arctic Monkeys have unveiled the second song from their new ‘AM’ album, which gains release on Domino, 9th September.
‘Why’d You Only Call Me When You’re High”s video only focuses on the music for half of its air-time. The rest is spent seeing Alex Turner stumbling in a dingy London street, post-several rounds of shots with his leather-sporting bandmates.
Texting his girlfriend ‘Stephanie’, he suffers from the after-effects of some odd, hallucinatory whiskey, which prompts Turner to breathe fire, witness sex acts, observe clocks melting & going all Dali and generally make a mess out of his whole perfectly innocent evening.
