Watch Chairlift’s Caroline Polachek Performing Opera In Mexico

Earlier today a stunning FKA Twigs session emerged or her performing ‘Hide’ in Mexico ahead of a Young Turks NYE party. Also on the bill were Chairlift, set to release a new album in 2014. Separate to their performance, Caroline Polachek’s filmed below wandering into a nearby pond and showcasing a previous unknown talent; opera singing. In the same video, she says she’s ‘doing some pretty crazy stuff vocally’ on the next Chairlift record, so she decided to practice ‘formally’ opera training that she first received at the age of 15.
