Watch Christine and the Queens perform four ‘Chris’ tracks
She took ‘Comme si’, ‘Girlfriend’, ‘5 dollars’ and ‘Doesn’t matter’ to YouTube.
Christine and the Queens had a ‘pretty great’ 2018 by anyone’s standards, unleashing new album ‘Chris’ and its persona across the world, and finishing with two sold-out shows at London’s Hammersmith Apollo among many other things - including the September cover of DIY.
It’s a roll that’s set to continue into 2019, with a headline slot at All Points East confirmed in London, as well as an appearance at Coachella this spring.
Christine has today shared a four-track performance on YouTube, featuring intimate renditions of ‘Comme si’, ‘Girlfriend’, ‘5 dollars’ and ‘Doesn’t matter’, all from the new record.
The tracks were performed and recorded at Capitol Records Studios in Los Angeles.
