Here’s a new song from Damon Albarn’s ‘Everyday Robots’, performed as part of a showcase on Jimmy Kimmel.
The new track ‘Mr. Tembo’ is a chirpy, ukulele-strung number backed by a gospel choir - it’s simple stuff, and a lot more direct that the title-track on Damon’s new record and the more recent ‘Lonely Press Play’.
Damon also performed ‘Lonely Press Play’ during his stint on Kimmel, giving it a new funk slant. ‘Everyday Robots’ is out 28th April.
