Watch Foo Fighters showcase new ‘Outside’ song at London show
The Foos played under the name The Holy Shits at Islington Assembly Hall.
Last week saw Foo Fighters setting the UK alight with a series of club shows, taking place in Brighton’s Concorde 2, underneath an abandoned London underground tunnel and in the slightly bigger setting of London’s Islington Assembly Hall. They played these shows under the name The Holy Shits.
At the latter venue, Dave Grohl and co. stepped aside from their showcase of hits and fan favourites to play a brand new song, ‘Outside’.
Taken from new album ‘Sonic Highways’, they mixed the new song with ‘The Pretender’, resulting in a seven-minute long, epic collision of tracks.
‘Sonic Highways’ is due for release on 9th November via Roswell Records.
Previously, the band have shared a preview of ‘Something From Nothing’ - the record’s opening track - in a trailer for their HBO series of the same name.
Watch Foo Fighters play ‘Outside’ from 2 minutes, 2 seconds onwards.
