Watch Purity Ring’s video for their single ‘Push, Pull’

Purity Ring have aired a new video for their comeback single ‘Push, Pull’ which was released late in 2014. The track is featured on the duo’s new album ‘Another Eternity’ along with second single ‘Begin Again’ from earlier this month. ‘Another Eternity’ follows their 2012 release ‘Shrines’, out 2nd March via 4AD.

Directed by Renata Kaksha, the video translates Purity Ring’s love of exploration and space into a matching visual. There’s a spiritual theme running through the clip, with Megan James starting the video in darkness before being rescued by a bright light at the end. Between beginning and end, James floats around the realm that’s described in the lyrics, twirling in a net of clothing and hair that ravels around and encases her.
