Wavves to release two new albums this summer

Wavves frontman Nathan Williams has confirmed via Twitter that his band are releasing two new albums this year, both before the end of summer. While no exact release dates have yet been set, Williams stated that the first will be released this month, with the second following in August.

The two new albums follow up on 2013’s ‘Afraid of Heights’. There’s no word yet on whether one of the releases will be Wavves’ collaboration with Cloud Nothings, but either way this summer looks set to be totally swell.

Wavves will also tour the U.S. with Twin Peaks, Swimmers, and Steep Leans as support. The dates are as follows:
