Wild Beasts share SOHN remix of 'Mecca' • News • DIY Magazine

When Wild Beasts aren’t off getting super cool art people to make videos for them, they’re getting equally super cool music types to remix them.

‘Mecca’, the band’s single - taken from this year’s ‘Present Tense’, of course - has been reworked by both Detroit techno pioneer Juan Atkins and Vienna-based hood-loving artist SOHN - and it’s the second of these that’s been shared today - following its debut on his BBC Radio 1 residency last week.

Wild Beasts perform on the John Peel Stage at Glastonbury tomorrow (27th June), and support Arcade Fire at Hyde Park on 3rd July. They then head out for tour dates in North America, Australia and mainland Europe, before hitting up Bestival and End of the Road.
