Liars share remix of Algiers’ ‘Black Eunuch’

Last week, Algiers released their self-titled debut album on Matador. It’s an abrasive, truth-spitting declaration of intent, but it’s not even close to being as maddening as this new remix, from Liars.

True to the harsh and repetitive digital strains of last year’s ‘Mess’ LP, Liars’ edit is an abrasive beast. It tracks and multi-layers the commanding chants of Algiers frontman Franklin James Fisher, before sending them into a futuristic void.
