Hinds to support The Vaccines at intimate London gig tonight

Ahead of two London headline shows taking place this week, Madrid four-piece Deers have been confirmed as a last-minute, exciting support for The Vaccines’ intimate London Village Underground show, tonight.

With The Vaccines fresh from putting out new single ‘Handsome’, this is the second of two tiny shows that preview their third record. They’ve just announced a March/April 2015 UK tour, having made their live comeback at Brighton’s Concorde 2 last night.

Hinds meanwhile have two London shows this week, at Boston Arms and Electrowerkz. Last night they aired a Maida Vale session with Huw Stephens - listen to that here.

The two bands have history. Last summer and on their first visit to the UK, Hinds (then called Deers) were asked to record with Freddie Cowan. “They were at Primavera Sound Fest and we spent the whole night together and then they came along to Sebright Arms,” Carlotta Cosials told DIY at the time.
