Speaking about being included in this latest round of Momentum funding, Exeter’s Muncie Girls have said: “We’re outrageously happy to have been awarded this grant! Primarily it means that we can afford to record and promote our next LP without relying on record label loans. We can be the rights holders of our songs and remain in control of our music and the way we put it out. It’s such a privilege for our band to be able to continue autonomously.”
