Damon Albarn To Release Solo Album In 2014
Blur frontman confirms the news in a very to-the-point Youtube clip.
A 21 second Youtube video showing Damon Albarn playing a piano, plus some customary ‘in the studio’ shots, reveals very little until it gets to the bloody point.
‘DAMON ALBARN. FIRST SOLO ALBUM’ reads the white on black text that follows. And that’s all you need to know.
And that’s all we actually know, to be honest. There are zero details to run with, but for the fact that Damon’s first LP will be out next year (presumably) and it’ll be different to Blur, Gorillaz, The Good, The Bad & The Queen and everything else he’s put his name to.
