Watch Damon Albarn Showcase New Song ‘Lonely Press Play’
Damon played the ‘Everyday Robots’ cut at Sundance Film Festival.

Before the lead track to Damon Albarn’s ‘Everyday Robots’ was unveiled, the Blur frontman took to an intimate acoustic session at this year’s Sundance Film Festival.
We say intimate - he was actually backed by a string section. As well as running through Gorillaz tracks (‘On Melancholy Hill’) was filmed earlier this week, he also played ‘Lonely Press Play’. On very brief, very sombre first impressions, it’s a sweet number to back the equally gentle title-track.
Solo Damon Albarn dates are set to be announced soon - he’s due to headline Latitude and BBC’s 6 Music Festival.
The new album is released through Parlophone on 28th April. Pre-order here.
