You Me At Six Score First Number 1 With ‘Cavalier Youth’
The Surrey five-piece have topped the charts with the follow-up to 2011’s ‘Sinners Never Sleep’.

Fresh from gracing the cover of DIY Weekly last week, You Me At Six have entered the UK Albums Charts at Number 1.
Releasing their fourth album ‘Cavalier Youth’ at the start of last week, the Surrey five-piece have gone on to top the charts for the first time in their career.
Following up from their 2011 record ‘Sinners Never Sleep’, the band’s new full-length also marks their first release on new label BMG.
‘It’s an incredible feeling to have reached Number 1 in the UK; something I don’t think any one of us thought we could achieve,” frontman Josh Franceschi, said in a press release. “It’s a very proud time for us as a band and a special thanks to our management, label, family, friends and, most importantly, our fans, for their on going support. Thank you to everyone who’s purchased ‘Cavalier Youth’, it means everything and more!”
