BANKS’ ‘Drowning’ picks up new Dave Glass Animals remix
Blog-pop giants unite ahead of the release of BANKS’ ‘Goddess’ album.

BANKS’ soup-referencing, fully charged future classic ‘Drowning’ has just picked up a hip-hop infused remix from the frontman of Glass Animals.
Dave Bayley - scientist and vocalist of the Oxford band, responsible for debut album ‘Zaba’ - has given the LA songwriter’s new single a more cut-throat approach. Slick beats line the seams and there’s an added pulse to the piece.
BANKS’ debut album ‘Goddess’ is out 4th September on Harvest Records. You can catch Glass Animals at Glastonbury Festival this weekend and at Suffolk’s Latitude Festival (17th-20th July), where DIY is an official partner.
