Diet Cig have given an album update. Kinda

Wondering when that debut album from everyone’s favourite slop-poppers Diet Cig might be out? Well, some of your questions may be answered by their latest Instagram video.

The clip shows Alex Luciano and Noah Bowman playing some of their typically blistering pop-punk in the studio, doing some appreciative head-nodding, and bouncing around the room (as we all know they love to do). At the end of the clip they take a spin around with the camera and the words “Diet Cig LP1 Spring 2017” appear.

Oooo!

So what have we learned from this experience? Well, that New Paltz’s most buoyant rockers are due to release that album sometime in the next few months. Oh, and that Alex really likes lamps shaped like spheres.
