Wake up!
Flyte unveil new ‘False Alarm’ track, taken from forthcoming EP
DIY Presents Tour headliners are sharing a classically-inspired newbie.
Fresh from headlining the DIY Presents Tour, London four-piece Flyte have unveiled ‘False Alarm’, the latest song to be lifted from their forthcoming EP.
A big contrast to lead single ‘Light Me Up’’s go-getting, ‘80s-nodding blitz, this is a more laid back, emotionally wrung day number. Think Alex Turner’s ‘Submarine’ soundtrack’’s moody blues, mixed with the odd nod to The Kinks, and you’re halfway there.
The track’s taken from a new EP, ‘Diamond White’, due out 1st December on 10” vinyl via the band’s official store.
‘Diamond White’ will also feature two unheard tracks, ‘Chasing Heaven’ and ‘Decline & Fall’.
