News Footage, Controversy Emerges Surrounding The Knife’s New Live Show

The Knife

have just begun touring their latest album 'Shaking The Habitual', with a residency at the London Roundhouse and a performance at Barcelona's Primavera Fest to come later next month.

However the new performances have been met with mixed responses, some demanding their money back from a show based around conceptual dance.

Some of the comments from fans who attended the shows include: 'It ran similarly to a poor student theatre show.' & ' i had a highly unpleasant feeling during the whole show. But not because it was awful. Because i had the feeling that it was absolutely intended to be.'

The Knife's music, from its very emergence, was never intended to be played in a live arena. But after their first shows in six years many are angered by the use of backing track and the failure to bill the show as centered around dance.
