Lola Young announces new album ‘I’m Only Fucking Myself’ alongside lead single ‘Not Like That Anymore’
The news comes after the singer scooped this year’s Ivor Novello Rising Star award.
Lola Young has announced that her brand new album, ‘I’m Only Fucking Myself’, is due for release on 19th September via Island/Day One. The news comes just after the singer scooped up an Ivor Novello, having been named 2025’s ‘Rising Star’.
The new record was co-written and produced with longtime collaborators Manuka and SOLOMONOPHONIC (Doja Cat, SZA) and explores self-sabotage, as well as using addiction as a form of escapism. ‘I’m Only Fucking Myself’ will be the singer’s third studio record to date.
The album announcement comes alongside a new self-defiant single, entitled ‘Not Like That Anymore’, which follows her recent Top 20 track ‘One Thing’. The singer has been rising the ranks for years, but has recently shot to stardom after the popularity of her number one track, ‘Messy’.
Next weekend the acclaimed artist will make her Glastonbury debut on Friday 27th June, before embarking on a tour around Europe and North America.
