No Devotion showcase new track ‘Addition’
The band have revealed the lead track to be taken from their debut album ‘Permanence’.
Fresh from announcing details of their debut album, No Devotion have revealed the lead track to be taken from it.
Arriving in the form of ‘Addition’, the track was first debuted on last week’s Radio 1 Rock Show by Daniel P. Carter, but is now available to purchase and stream.
The track, an atmospheric yet driven slice of the band’s electro-tinged sound, gets taken from the quintet’s debut full-length ‘Permanence’, which is due for release on 25th September through Collect Records. It’ll follow on from their initial musical offerings which landed last year in the form of ‘Stay’, ‘Eyeshadow’ and ‘10,000 Summers’.
Their new album was produced by the band’s own Stuart Richardson alongside Alex Newport, before being mixed by David Fridmann. Recorded predominantly in Brooklyn, NY, the album boasts eleven tracks which include their previously-released songs. ‘Addition’ sits pretty as the not-quite-final track, ahead of album closer ‘Grand Central’.
