Sonic Youth’s Thurston Moore has announced he’ll soon be playing a London date.
The show will be in support of this forthcoming solo LP ‘Demolished Thought’, which comes out via Matador on 23rd May.
It’s Union Chapel he’ll be appearing at, here are the details:

31 Union Chapel, London
Tickets will go on general sale tomorrow (31st March) at 9am. The support act is yet to be confirmed.
‘Demolished Thought’ is Moore’s fourth solo effort, or fifth if you count 1998′s ‘multimedia project’ ‘Root’, and the first to be produced by Beck Hansen. He recorded the featured material in Los Angeles and Northampton, MA during the latter part of 2010.
