Sundara Karma get glam in ‘She Said’ video
There’s more than a nod to Jarvis Cocker and pals with this ’70s aesthetic.
After smashing it on the Main Stage at Reading & Leeds festival over the weekend (read about their home town heroes’ slot over here), Sundara Karma have gone done a video for future indie disco smasher, ‘She Said’.
The track is taken from the quartet’s forthcoming debut full-length, ‘Youth Is Only Ever Fun In Retrospect’, which follows on 6th January 2017.
The video, meanwhile, channels Pulp in a major way, nodding and winking back to the Sheffield stalwarts’ ‘70s-via-‘90s aesthetic - adding a MacBook front-centre to plant it firmly in 2016.
Sundara Karma kick off an autumn UK tour at London’s Heaven on 16th September
