The Cure to play Mad Cool Festival 2019
They’re the third act confirmed for the Madrid event.
Not content with playing almost every other festival in existence across next summer, The Cure have now been confirmed as the third name for Mad Cool festival in Madrid.
The band, who are already set to play Roskilde, Øya, Nos Alive, Glasgow Summer Sessions, Rock En Seine, EXIT Festival, Colours of Ostrava, Nova Rock, Firenze Rocks, Southside, Hurricane, Rock Werchter, Ejekt, and - breathe - Rock The City, will appear at the event, which takes place between 11th and 13th July, and has already announced The National and The 1975.
This year’s Mad Cool featured acts including Jack White, Nine Inch Nails, Franz Ferdinand, Arctic Monkeys, Dua Lipa, Queens of the Stone Age and Kasabian.
