Getdown Services, Mandrake Handshake, Picture Parlour and more to play The Great Escape 2025
Over 175 new artists have been confirmed for the Brighton showcase festival next month.

The Great Escape - Brighton’s annual celebration of new music and emerging talent - has added a fresh wave of names to the festival’s 2025 lineup, including DIY Class of 2025 members Getdown Services, psych-rock collective Mandrake Handshake, theatrical four-piece Picture Parlour and many more.
In fact, over 175 new artists have been unveiled for TGE 2025 as part of this latest announcement, bringing the grand total of names from across the globe due to land on the South coast in May to a whopping 450+. Among the other just-confirmed acts are the likes of Courting, Maruja, The NONE, and Ugly, as well as none other than rock trailblazers Skunk Anansie.
All these and many more join an already stacked bill of artists confirmed for TGE 2025, including Mercury Prize winners English Teacher and this year’s spotlight show stars: Pete Doherty, Warmduscher, Trampolene, and Rizzle Kicks.
The Great Escape 2025 will take place from 14th-17th May in various venues across Brighton. You can grab tickets - including single day and two-day tickets - from the festival’s website, and check out some highlights from last year’s event below.
