Watch: Flyte Unveil ‘We Are The Rain’ Video
Watch Flyte get naked and corrupted by the 80s in the video for their paradYse Records debut.

Being proud to be British shouldn’t - and probably doesn’t - be limited to ‘Keep Calm Carry On’ mugs and a subscription to the Daily Express. There’s plenty more to adore, from Union Jack party dresses to the way houses will suddenly don English flags in blind optimism come World Cup season.
It’s not subtle, but Flyte really quite enjoy being British. There’s no baking, no tea-sipping, no mindless faith that we’re ‘all in this together’. And for that we should be thankful. Instead, there’s a devotion to Kirsty Young, host of national institution Desert Island Discs. There’s also the customary Union Jack sunglasses donned by frontman Will Taylor. He’s joined by a crop-topped dancer and his smartly-dressed bandmates who all look like they’ve just raided the stores in Oxford Street. Funnily enough, that’s fairly near to where Taylor appears at the start of the video, butt-naked in Piccadilly Circus.
As for the song itself, ‘We Are The Rain’, it’s coming out on paradYse records (Transgressive), and its chirpy clever-clogs routine makes it the natural successor to Theme Park. It’s out 28th April and it’s available for pre-order on iTunes now.
