Michael K. Williams plays the lead role in MGMT’s surrealist new video.
Taken from MGMT’s self-titled new album (read the DIY review), the band have aired a video for ‘Cool Song No. 2’.
The high-budget clip stars Michael K. Williams (from The Wire) and Boardwalk Empire’s Chalky White. Bradford Young directs.
It’s a violent clip, full of weird plants that turn into objects of drug addicts’ desire. Completely surrealist but a compelling watch all the same, watch MGMT’s ‘Cool Song No. 2’.
