Arcade Fire’s Will Butler is streaming his debut solo album ‘Policy’ in full online.

The record, which is to be released via Merge on 10th March, is streaming now on Spotify.

The album was recorded in a week at New York’s Electric Lady studios, and Butler has cited the Violent Femmes as one of the record’s main influences, saying: “I love acts that tread the line between violence and humour…they have that same element of being unhinged, which makes room for people to be surprised.”

The Canadian has also announced a European tour to promote the record, which includes a night at London’s Scala on 22nd April.
