Bob Vylan, HotWax, Master Peace and more join 2025’s Brighten The Corners festival bill
The latest round of additions also includes ace new acts including Disgusting Sisters, The Pill, Westside Cowboy and more.

London grime-punk duo Bob Vylan have been confirmed as one of the headliners for this year’s edition of Brighten The Corners festival. They’ll be joining Dry Cleaning - who had previously been announced to top the bill - at the Ipswich event, when it takes place across 13th and 14th June.
The former DIY cover stars aren’t the only new act announced to play the festival. Today (19th March 2025), organisers have revealed that the likes of HotWax - who’ve just released their debut album ‘Hot Shock’ - and Ivor Novello Rising Star-winning Master Peace will also be joining the bill this summer, along with a list of brilliant new and emerging artists including the likes of Disgusting Sisters, The Pill, Westside Cowboy and Mandrake Handshake.
They’re set to play the multi-venue alongside previously-confirmed names such as Lime Garden, DEADLETTER and Gruff Rhys, who were announced last month.
Speaking about their newest additions to the bill, the festival’s programmer Marcus Neal has said: “We are proud to announce the second wave of artists for our 2025 festival, including our second headliners Bob Vylan who we are certain will bring the Corn Exchange to its knees with their infectious energy this summer. Elsewhere across the programme we continue to bring a broad and diverse range of performers to Ipswich, from OneDa’s Mancunian hip-hop, Welsh language indie-pop from Adwaith, the hypnotic psychedelia of Mandrake Handshake and SILVERWINGKILLER’s dystopian breakbeats.”
The full list of artists set to play at the 2025 edition of Brighten The Corners is as follows.
Adwaith, BLACK FONDU, Bobby Lee, Caleb Kunle, corto.alto, Daudi Matsiko, DEADLETTER, deary, Disgusting Sisters, ELLiS·D, Gruff Rhys, Hitmen, HotWax, James Alexander Bright, JD Cliffe, Lime Garden, Lucy Gooch, Mandrake Handshake, Marla Kether, Master Peace, Mermaid Chunky, Miss Tiny, Monster Florence, OneDa, oreglo, pencil, Piglet, Rich(ard) Dawson, SHOLTO, shortstraw., SILVERWINGKILLER, Sons Of Sevilla, THE NONE, The Orchestra (For Now), The Pill, Van Houten, W.
