Charli XCX pushes back ‘Sucker’ UK release

Originally scheduled for release back in October last year, Charli XCX’s ‘Sucker’ came out Stateside in December - backed by a slew of brilliant telly appearances - most notably ‘Need Ur Love’ on top of a piano played by producer Rostam Batmanglij for Letterman.

At that point the record was due to see the light of day this side of the Atlantic on 26th January - but as of today has been postponed again, this time to 16th February.

Posting on Twitter this afternoon, Charli explained the delay is due to the inclusion of a Rita Ora-featuring ‘Doing It’, which is also to be her new single here.

The record also features the smash hit ‘Boom Clap’, as well as single ‘Break The Rules’, and ‘London Queen’, ‘Gold Coins’ and ‘Breaking Up’ which are all available for Brits to hear now.

Charli tours the UK from late March.
