ESNS adds Antony Szmierek, Soft Launch, Cardinals and more to 2025 lineup
The Dutch showcase festival and conference has just announced 82 new names for January’s edition.
ESNS - otherwise known as Eurosonic Noorderslag - has added over 80 new artists to its already-heaving 2025 bill, including some of the most exciting emerging names from across Europe.
Amongst the latest additions to the showcase festival’s lineup are DIY fave Antony Szmierek (who’s just announced his highly-anticipated debut album ‘Service Station At The End Of The Universe’), Irish risers Soft Launch and Cardinals, and jasmine.4.t - the inaugural signee to Phoebe Bridgers’ label, Saddest Factory Records.
There’s a whole host of great talent to discover beyond the UK and Ireland too, with artists coming from all over the continent to perform: Enji, for example, will be just one of those flying the flag for Germany, while Iceage frontman Elias Rønnenfelt will be part of Denmark’s contingent. Plus, every single artist added to the ESNS lineup - that’s 151 names and counting - is automatically enrolled in the European Talent Exchange Program, which helps to increase their chances of getting booked at other major European festivals.
Set to take place from 15th-18th January in Groningen, The Netherlands, ESNS 2025 will kick start the new year by offering crowds a veritable treasure trove of musical gems to discover. Delegate passes and festival tickets are on sale now; check out the full lineup and find out more at the ESNS website.
