Matt Maltese unveils tender new offering ‘Pined For You My Whole Life’
He’s also announced a huge run of 2025 tour dates across the UK, Europe, and North America.

DIY digital cover star Matt Maltese has shared ‘Pined For You My Whole Life’, the longingly romantic latest taste of his forthcoming sixth album, ‘Hers’ (due on 16th May via The Orchard).
Following recent releases ‘Anytime, Anyplace, Anyhow’ and ‘Always Some MF’, it’s the third track to be lifted from his new LP, and has been described by Matt as “potentially the most amount of yearning I’ve done in a song, which is saying something.”
Continuing, he shares: “Musically the song was a true joy to make, and is heavily inspired by all the Motown and soul I was grown up with. I’m not ashamed to say I get a lot of joy out of writing boldly pathetic declarations of love through the veil of American-leaning soul music.”
Plus, Matt has also confirmed details of stacked Autumn/Winter tour schedule - aptly dubbed the ‘Tour For You My Whole Life’ run - which will see him play over 40 shows across the UK, Europe and North America, including a hometown gig at London’s iconic Roundhouse.
Tickets for these newly-announced dates will go on sale at 10am local time this Friday, 21st March; in the meantime, you can revisit our In Deep interview with Matt and check out ‘Pined For You My Whole Life’ below.
