Sufjan Stevens announces new album, ‘Carrie & Lowell’
The seventh studio album from the singer-songwriter is named after his mother and stepfather.
Sufjan Stevens has announced details of a new album.
‘Carrie & Lowell’, named after the singer-songwriter’s mother and stepfather, will be released on 30th March via Asthmatic Kitty.
It’s his seventh studio album, following 2010’s ‘The Age of Adz’, and features contributions from Casey Foubert, Laura Veirs, Nedelle Torrisi, Sean Carey, Ben Lester and Thomas Bartlett, while features the mixing talents of Stevens himself alongside both Bartlett and Pat Dillet.
