Going underground
The Avalanches stream ‘Subways’
Initially teased as the first new Avalanches material in over a decade, the full version of ‘Wildflower”s third single is now available.

The Avalanches are set to break their 16 year silence in just a couple of weeks, and today they’ve offered up ‘Subways’ as a further appetite whetter.
The track, initially previewed via a hotline as the first new material from the Aussie group before any ‘official’ word of reunion had emerged, is now streaming in full online following a full debut at Primavera Sound festival in Barcelona.
Listen to ‘Subways’ below - it follows ‘Colours’ and ‘Frankie Sinatra’ in the lead up to ‘Wildflower’, The Avalanches’ first album in something like a billion years.
