Hear Daughter remix Warpaint’s ‘Feeling Alright’
Edit is taken from a new collaborative EP.
Following Warpaint’s take on Daughter’s ‘Winter’, roles have reversed between the bands for the second take to be lifted from an upcoming EP.
Daughter have provided an edit of ‘Feeling Alright’, a track from Warpaint’s second, self-titled album, out now on Rough Trade.
Instead of upping the ante or throwing every loose end into a chaotic pit, Daughter decide to open up the process, giving ‘Feeling Alright’ an even looser feel than the jam-session vibe that defined the track’s original version.
Both remixes are being put together for a limited 12” EP, available in time for Record Store Day 2015 next April.
