A couple of weeks ago, Lucy Rose unveiled a new, gorgeously vintage video for ‘No Good At All’.
Now, with her album ‘Something’s Changing’ fast approaching (it’s out on 14th July, just so you know), she’s shared another brand new track from it, ‘Moirai’. It’s been inspired by conversations Lucy has with fans on a South American tour last year, where she found time and time again that often life just doesn’t work out how you want it to.
But who is Moirai we hear you ask? That’s a good question. He’s the Greek god in control of fate, and the track itself centres on the injustice surrounding lost love, and how sometimes “the one” can get away just from being there at the wrong place and time. Curse that Moirai!
Listen to ‘Moiari’ below. If you want to know more about the story behind ‘Something’s Changing’, read our In The Studio feature with Lucy here.
