It’s that time of the year again, dear readers! Just before we wind down and start surviving solely on more Celebrations and prosecco than you can shake a candy cane at, we can announce our new issue - and our last issue of 2019! - is out now!
Every December, we introduce the acts that we truly believe are set for massive things the following year. With alumni including Wolf Alice, George Ezra, Royal Blood, Fontaines DC, slowthai and more, we’d say we’re pretty good at this sort of thing, and so without further ado, get ready to dive into our feast of new talent, the Class Of 2020!
Our December 2019 / January 2020 issue of DIY - which is officially out now! - includes the likes of Dry Cleaning, Squid, Beabadoobee, girl in red, Do Nothing and loads more.
Other acts being served in our buffet of musical goodness include Talk Show, Arlo Parks, Working Men’s Club, Nasty Cherry, Biig Piig, Alfie Templeman, Another Sky and Walt Disco, as well as a few extra hors d’oeuvres for good measure.
And that’s not all: elsewhere in the issue, we catch up with some of our old favourites to chat about the new music they’re planning to unleash in 2020. From The Magic Gang to Creeper, Soccer Mommy to Declan McKenna, there’s loads to get stuck into.
